I was mulling over an IIM team and then built a Captain America Winter Soldier team but decided to use the ASM set. I have used almost all of these figures and had a lot of fun using them. I have not used Spider-Man 2099 but I imagine he's pretty good. All of the others have really done well for me and I have been wanting to run a team of Spider-Man, Spider-Man, Spider-Man and ummm SPider-Man, so this is it. Sort of.
Anyway, this will be fun.

That's a great team...and actually I had a Spider-Man 2099 team built too! I've been meaning to try that figure out, but he just hasn't found his way onto a team yet. Those last four clicks...wow. Speaking of figures I've been meaning to try out:
(Damage) A Touch of Insanity: Genis-Vell can use Perplex. When he does, instead of the normal effects, choose +2 or -2, and roll a d6 that can't be rerolled. Based on the result, modify the following value on the target character by the chosen amount: <table><tr><td>1 = Speed</td><td>4 = Damage</td></tr><tr><td>2 = Attack</td><td>5 = Range</td></tr><tr><td>3 = Defense</td><td>6 = All combat values</td></tr></table>
(Attack) Blinding Stellar Radiation: Binary can use Penetrating/Psychic Blast. If she does and hits, the hit character can't make a ranged combat attack during its next turn.
(Defense) White Hole Energy: Binary can use Energy Shield/Deflection and Regeneration.

(Special) Tatical Targeting: When choosing targets for a ranged combat attack, Iron Man may choose both a character and an object, wall, or square of blocking terrain instead of a second character.
(Attack) Repulsor Rays: After Iron Man hits a character with a ranged combat attack and actions resolve, you may knock back that character an equal amount to the difference between Iron Man's range value and the number of squares to that character.
Kaine will charge to I17 and attack Genis-Vell. This will be a 10 on 17 for 4 (light object) Genis Rolls for Impervious and rolled a 1. Rolling for the attack, rolled a 10, so that does two damage.
Spidey 2099, Spider-Girl and Scarlet Spider clear.
1) Genis Vell rolls his perplex and hits a one. +2 to movement.
2) Tony Stark wanders to D17 and outwits Kaine's defensive power.
3) Binary HSS to E17 and with a heavy object in tow takes a swing. 10 on a 17 for 5. Rolls a 7. Kaine takes five clicks.
4) Genis Vell rolls for breakaway...hits a two. He starts his HSS with a close combat attack on Kaine. 10 on a 16 for 3. Rolls a 6 (I think, it's taking forever for my rolls to be sent to my email...so I'm going off memory). Kaine is KO'ed. Genis Vell continues to move to B23. He heals one click because of Steal Energy.
1) Scarlet Spider will charge to D16 and attack Tony Stark (will not use object and will drop object in the space for hindering). 10 AV on 16 Def, rolled a 10, Tony takes 3. Scarlet will flurry again and rolls an 8 for 3 more damage. Tony is KO'ed.
