I'm going to plagiarize for rules,
We don't really have any house rules except be decent to each other and most importantly, have fun. We do have one local term we use to describe construction format, and it is as follows:
Silver Age: A compromise between Golden Age and Modern Age. Any Heroclix branded figure is legal, just like Golden Age (including yugioh, K.A., pac rim, bioshock etc.), but plays like Modern Age, so no battlefield conditions or feats.
All games are silver age unless otherwise stated.

Also, 0 point games are listed as a tie.

Usually play on SATURDAYS @ 1PM. Schedule will be updated here monthly with the days format.

All games will have prize support. Generally in the form of LE figures from OP kits.

constructed events are FREE!!!!!!!!!!

This will be our last official tournament on a Saturday for the forseeable future. THURSDAY will be Heroclix day from now on. Check on WES for official times/formats.

1/31 DFW GRAN PRIX QUALIFIER. ROC format. Strictly enforced. 300 pts. Modern. No tactics or possessions. Nothing larger than a 1x2. Winner will get an invitation to the DFW GRAN PRIX.

Any idea what the entry fee is for the sealed? I've had a couple folks ask.

entry for sealed will be the purchase of the boosters. You may also purchase gravity feeds in place of a booster.

Cool I'll let folks know that were interested, it'd be worth posting in the meet up group too. Can't remember how much stock GenX had left but I know alot of other stores are out of Deadpool right now.

So how are War of the Light signups gonna be done, 'cause it looks like most stores are filling up.

were going to have pre sign ups start. the usual crew will have first dibs as should be standard anywhere. we will have the ability for 12 people each month unless blessed by some shipping error. should be able to sign in around 4ish new people for it as we have a few that may not play in the event.

We'll have sign ups start at this saturdays Free game. (tomorrow) 400 pts major theme team silver age. prize support will be there and sign ups for WoL after.

War of Light tomorrow at 1pm! If you haven't yet, get situated on the WES to make tomorrow run as smoothly as possible. All of the event information is located on WES. To find our store, just search for local events.

Meant to suggest this last time, but I think there is a way to add players when the event is created in the event system. I'd advise doing this for any players that sign up in advance in the store. Add the players to the event as soon as it is created.

I've updated the WES with July's list except for WOL Month Two, which I will post tomorrow while we have some of our regulars present.

I don't want to harp at you guys, but you need to familiarize yourselves with the WES and signing up with it, because WizKids wants it that way.
