Pretty sure that would knock him onto click 3, not 2. One unavoidable damage and one for pushing two action tokens.
Pushing damage occurs after actions resolve. He'll have Willpower from the immediate 1 unavoidable damage.
I don't know why you (not you specifically, just in general) wouldn't just use him to carry though, and at least get something productive out of that first click.

...because it can do damage both to Bill and whoever he carried? You've got to choose who to carry carefully as some have a great first click and a horrible second click. Great way to remove activation clicks, though. ;)
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????

It's just 1 damage and its not penetrating so as long as the people he carries have damage reduction they will be fine.

Exactly why I said you had to be careful in choosing who he carries. ;)
I've got one and I don't really want it because I don't have more than 1-2 other AIM figures, only have a handful of Agency X, and I really prefer using theme teams. :-s Maybe he won't be bad for my Scientist team, I suppose...

With Bill's "high energy finder thing" power, the targeted character still has to be within the friendly character's range to be attacked, correct? It just negates the need for LoF, allowing you to shoot thru blocking, walls, characters, etc. Right?
