MY HIGH-ENERGY FINDER THING:#Give Bill, Agent of A.I.M. a power action and choose the highest point opposing character. Until your next turn, that character can be targeted with a ranged combat attack by one friendly character without line of fire to that opposing character.
Those that mean within range or anywhere on the map?
INFILTRATE MY ENEMIES:#Before placing characters in your starting area, you may choose an opposing character that is 100 points or less. Copycat becomes friendly to that character's force and that character becomes friendly to your force. Any game effects assigned to each of them is now assigned to the other. When Copycat fails a roll for Shape Change or uses Regeneration, after actions resolve, this effect ends and any game effects assigned to each of them is now assigned to the other
If each player has her does her affect happen at the same time or one after the other?
I'm not touching the Copycat question. There have been at least two threads asking the same question. So I'm waiting for that.
On Bill, I would say you still have to be in range. If it was anywhere on the map it would say that. It would say "regardless of range" or something along those lines.

Well they answered my email today regarding a similar question. The swap occurs in active player order, so first player goes first. The "swap" happens before either player places any of their game elements on the map. There is also a complicated interaction if you swap out your copycat for their copycat,
