What an awesome entity

This piece is going to break Wild-dials. Both Draculas, Black Queen, and Morbius all pick up HSS on their starting click. BQ will probably reach for Parallax (to combine RS/SE and the Quint option once she heals out of Stealth), but this Entity is crazy. WL Sinestro would gain SC and then SS on his LIVE! clicks and the ridiculousness of PW for all his RS clicks... though his stats are similar so Modifiers are sparce. At 274 he could be quite a contender in a Golden Age tournament... WLC ATA adds 3pts and it might be safer to not run anything else with him to overcome many of the tech pieces. In Silver he could run alone (& no ATA) with a partial PF [12+6(Magik on him) & 2 other Shards (+6) on the dial (Cyclops & Colossus probably)] of 24pts. Against Lydea Mallor he'd either lose RCE or the ability to have Inv on his LIVE! clicks (& the loss of BCF for +1att & +1def for toughness which he doesn't need), but Copycat would have zip effect on him. Ultimately Entity itself running the PF (for RS) might have way more legs.

Pulled Ophidian in last nights sealed along with Ganthet and prime Tomar Tu. ROCKED IT!!!! Won the tourny. I will never be so lucky. The fact that you can use it on any character and still use a resource is Great!

yes truly amazing stuff man.. Ophidian combos well as an alternative and secondary choice to equipping hammers. Ive been having the best results pairing this and Parallax Entity with 2 attackers. One of the few solid tried and true ways to get around using resources, hit through high defenses, and still be effective.

Your combat values are your Speed, Attack, Defense, Damage and Range.

Can you add bolts to your range?

The amount of targets (bolts) is not a combat value, so no, you can't add to it with anything that says combat values.

Yes. As lando stated, you can't do it with anything that increases a combat value but you can try to use the Electro blast ring from invincible Iron Man. There may be some other effect that I can't think of but that is the most likely I would think. This will not help with Energy Explosion which only counts your printed bolts.

Looks like Balck Queen just got Hypersonic on her fourth and third clicks, making it infinitily easier to get her top dial. Also theoretically eliminating the no reducer issue on the top dial too with Ophidian here's Invulnerability.

At the moment yes. And sadly this would be thematic too (except maybe the Phoenix Force resource) since Parallax Hal could theoretically put on the Infinity Guantlet and when Batman was given a SC ring (albeit briefly) he still had his Utility Belt on.

Larfleeze (i.e. Ophidian possessed) with the Gauntlet would make for a hilarious story of Cosmic Greed!
