Also, if the shot on Batman doesn't make sense, the map rules state those orange circles are "monitors" and when a friendly occupies them (Spiral in this case), you ignore hindering and other characters for LoF. Hence being able to shoot into someone who should be stealthy.

Just for future reference, both targets get the hindering terrain bonus. Superboy no longer gets to use his Superman TA. Note the last phrase of the BFC.
