Season 8 Poll Questions, Round 2

We're addressing core point spending and delay of games in this one. New season is less than a month away.

Checkpoints: At the end of week 1 of the play period, if the game hasn't reached Turn 5, a sub may take turns through Turn 5. At the end of week 2, if the game hasn't reached Turn 10, a sub can finish out the game.
