Here is the ability.

MAGNOBALL CHAMPION: Give Cosmic Boy a power action and he can use Telekinesis twice as a free action. When Cosmic Boy has two action tokens, he can use Telekinesis as a free action.

Can I give him the power action, take action with another character, use TK once, then take another action with another character, then TK again?

Additionally, if he was given the second action token to TK, can he potentially TK a third time? Would that violate the same free action once per turn rule.

1. No. He must resolve both free TK's (or choose to not use both) before the action can resolve. And before actions resolve he, or other characters, cannot be given other actions.

2. No. As he has allready used TK as a free action in that turn.
