What a nice construct for only six points!

A Power Battery, Ring and the Decoy net you the minimum Green build (16 pts). This may be the preferred Construct for characters that can have them attached.

Probably my favorite so far. A passive, non-situational power for only 6 points, used to have to pay 3 points for a one time use shape change, now it's permanent and transferable.

I haven't seen this sculpt yet, but I keep picturing a translucent mallard duck. If that turns out to be what it is, I'm going to glue it to my Deadpool base. It would give no bonus, but it wouldn't need to. it would still be perfect.

Little confused. Do you mean just running the battery, ring and decoy? b/c you wont be able to turn the dial on the battery eventually. You need at least one more construct.

I think he means, Hal Jordan (GL), Rond Vidar, Guy Gardner (GL), John Stewart (GL), Jade, Kyle Rayner (GL), Simon Baz, Tomar Tu, Laira (GL), Abin Sur (GL), and Galius Zed (GL). The characters with the Construct trait.

@El Mariachi: During force building, pay the 6 points to attach the Decoy to a GLC LE. This allows you to add another from the PB, later (in-game). This does not count against constructs attached to the Power Batteries.
