I agree, cool card. Interesting enough....no burst power on the card. So either it was a complete misprint, or there is at least one card in Uncanny X-Men that has it (since the die facings appear to stay the same for the duplicate characters).

Interesting. Healing so far has been something of a rarity so this Wolverine's power could prove very useful albeit in a limited way.

Both the Wolverine and the Basic Action Card looks amazing!!! A little more useable than the Spiderman from Last Month, but not nearly as usable as the Thor from Month 1

month 3 right and where are the starter sets

Starters have been out there... this first Release of the Game is just going to remain really ####ty, but with the next Sets coming out they will have fixed all that noise. And from what I understand everywhere should be seeing a decent influx of Starters and Blind Boosters by the end of the Summer, which isn't that bad since the next Sets release was pushed to my Birthday, October 22. If the Starter Cards and Sidekick and Basic Action Dice is all you need, then I may be able to help you, PM me so I have your name remembered and let me go through my stuff and separate some stuff out of my extras. My Roomy and Wife also play and as such I bought something like 4 or 5 Starters so everyone would have their own Stuff but that leaves me some serious extras.

i have one starter set and a bunch of packs so am going and teaching people how to play ,but no starters in this area , southern cali area

Yeah that sucks, its the freaking same everywhere...I am thankful that I got my first Full Set rather Fast, and I am nearly done with my Second Set that I am gifting to my Wife. I just wish I could actually make an Event and Win these Cards, I have to resort to eBay and pay more than anyone should

OMG! I just went to my local venue and not only did they get the Month3 OP kit but *gasp* they got stock of boosters & starters!

And not just the lethargic 1-2 we've had in the past. They received an entire case! We can finally get our DM community started!

What trick is that?

Unless they weigh in on the wording of the Wolverine, then it will only be useful when you have 5 or less life.

If you have 6 life, the first sentence says double it, so 12. Second sentence says you can't go above 10, so it fails. There is no clause to say if you go above 10 then you lower it to 10, or even either double your life, or make your life 10 which ever is lower.

The way the power is worded doesn't say anything about fizzling, just that the effect will not raise you above 10. So if you were at 6 double would be 12 which is capped at 10. It would be similar to the Rule of 3 from HC, or in this case Rule of 10.
