Messing around with my favorite lanterns coming up with different combinations at different point values etc and realized there's a perfect 800 pt theme team when you combine them all.
Larfleeze 200pt
Ophidian 25pt
Sayd 210pt
Hal Jordan 88pt
Kyle Rayner 112pt
Controller Construct 55pt
Orange Lantern Construct 35pt
Full Orange Lantern Battery 70pts
(Sideline has 3 Orange Lantern Absorbed and 2 Orange Lantern constructs.)
It comes out to 795 so you even have enough room for the original Orange Lantern 3D special object. It won't be very useful on this team, but it will make it an EXACT 800pt theme team so why the eff not. So what do you think, effective or not? I'm positive it will be an extremely fun team to play, just not sure how good it would be. Also, if anyone has any pointers on strategies I could use to maximize the potential I would be very grateful! Specifically any advice on maps, I'm thinking Okarra to complete the whole Orange Lantern theme but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!
Larfleeze can create Orange Lantern Absorbed bystander tokens as a free action and Orange Lantern Constructs with a power action if there are less than 3 of either of them on the map.so because there's already 1 Orange Lantern Construct on the force you can bring 2 more in from the sideline.
SUMMON THE ORANGE LANTERN CORPS: Give Larfleeze a free action to place a WOL #H001 Orange Lantern Absorbed into an adjacent square. Give Larfleeze a power action to place a WOL #001 Orange Lantern Construct into an adjacent square. Use these abilities only if no more than 3 total friendly characters, including tokens within stacks, with either name are on the map.
And the original Orange Lantern is not a relic it is simply a light object and therefore will be allowed to be included in the force. The same applies to the Bat-Signal and the various Kryptonite. The only Lantern that IS a relic is the White Lantern so with that one you are correct, you cannot use it on a force with a resource. Example: you can have a force with a resource of your choice, a Lantern or Kryptonite of your choice, a Bat-signal (since it is a heavy object), and a tank turret ultra heavy object. You can have a ton of jus harassing your opponents this way!

I hate to burst your bubble but if you look in the bottom left hand corner of the cards for all the Lantern objects and the Bat Signal and all the Kryptonites, you will see the tiny gear symbol. This means that the item is a Special Object and therefore cannot be used on a team with a Resource. Relic's are a special type of special object. You would have to choose between either the Power Battery or the Orange Lantern, but cannot have both at the same time.
