VERY interesting and useful early version of Nova, but only is theme with Nova Corps teams (which makes sense). Even with the melee and straight line restrictions, the ability for a 75 point figure to attack with 10 AV and 5 Damage on its own is impressive, not to mention top click Invulnerability. The RS/EE/Toughness clicks don't exactly inspire, but with stable attack and defense values, strong movement, and that special HSS bookending the dial I think he'll find use.
