I want to give him to Little Sure Shot.
+1 to Attack and Damage, Impervious, and Outwit for his 10 Range.
Along with the Crossbow, and Willpower from the Ring/Lantern.

2016 WKO Regional Prairie Dicemaster Champion
For the steep, steep cost of 25 points, basically any figure in the game can now have unoutwittable Outwit and Imperious on its top click(in addition to two potential stat bonuses). AND a simple non-Willpower push grants Willpower to your entire team without any sort of range or LOF or point value restrictions OR it grants up to a +2 defensive buff if a figure can already use Willpower, which in this current age of "Indom for EVERYONE," is beginning to border on ubiquitous.
Yeah. DP Banshee and Bullseye, for just two frightening examples, REALLY needed such an option to make them worth their points.
What a rush of joy it brings me to see yet another poorly thought-out, hilariously undercosted, game-warping chase that will almost certainly go for well over $100 on the secondary market, WK's apparent target demographic of choice lately.
And some people here wonder why so many players(myself included obviously :p) are pissed about the state of the game right now.

The wording of Ion's abillity makes me think you would have to choose TWO different combat values. I don't know that you can elect to crank a 16 def up to 18 for example.
I agree that the entities are wildly under costed considering what they do.
Giving Banshee Impervious and then using the power battery to also grant it shape change? That is beyond insane! I thought the whole point of this game was that you are paying the points of a character to field the powers it has. This kind of undermines that whole idea. Now you can basically field anything and for a mere 25 more points (per character) you get your choice of powerful ability to fill the gaps.
There is a flip side to this however. These entities add a whole new dimension to the game, allowing you to play your more beloved characters and not having to field them with remarkable deficit should they be missing the things that allow them to be solid. How many characters have you seen and thought "man...if only this had willpower"? Or perhaps "man, if only this character had one more defense and impervious"? Of course this is not how people will intend to use them and they will simply open the flood gates for brewing the most abusive teams possible.
As a green lantern fan, I am a bit disappointed that the set I have been waiting for since I first heard of Heroclix (a true, full blown green lantern set) bares with it chases that, should I be lucky enough to pull an entity, I now have to basically let it just sit on the shelf at home or be seen as the d-bag playing them.
Do I think they're broken? No. I think they're designed to be exactly what they are. Wildly over powered and under costed buff pieces intended to make people want to buy the set and for it to have competitive appeal.
That's sad as this game as far as "competitive" games are concerned is a bit of a joke. Competitive games are balanced games that are methodically developed and tested in R&D before they come to market and continue to be observed carefully by judges and developers of the game. Pieces like this, bad decisions to release things like resources, whoopsie moves like shatterstar and spiral all indicate that this company either has zero ambition or zero competence in terms of developing a healthy and competitive meta game.
25 points for top dial outwit and impervious, as well as a potential for two different stat boosts. This "entity" will be better suited for lower point figures, due to his already low stats, but on the right figures, he can make a monster. This is a perfect example of making a weak figure better, and I really don't see him as being as "top tier" as the other entities, which is sad because 25 points for outwit and impervious alone is already game breaking...
In most situations Ophidian is the better option because Ophidian's Outwit and combat values stronger, Ophidian gives the option of Pulse Wave, Sidestep or Invuln vs Ion's Imperv and Outwit. Its no content really. Even on small cost figs, Ion's stats are too low.. lol

After playing Ion a bit, he's pretty amazing with low cost filler for filling out theme entity keyword teams. For instance, the ability to give TK and Outwit at once is working wonders while Ophidian and Parallax power up the primary/secondary attackers. Triple Entity theme team combinations of Adara/Ophidian/Ion/Parallax are totally possible, A few combos with Ophidian/Parallax/Ion are brutal and nearly unbeatable. Ion is good all around and provides many options in competitive play.

Beside Parallax this is definitely the most utilitarian Entity. Being able to pick two powers and two potential stat boosts for the same 25pts is huge. If your Possessed fig of choice can already use Willpower even better.
an ideal lantern to apply Ion to- Unleashed LE Hal Jordan. off the bat, you can take the imperv or the outwit and restore his defense to the Vet unleashed GL 18. and as that dial goes deeper, the more you gain access to... just a shame that ancient Hal costs more than most other modern aged GL's and would be a huge point sink.
"A" is "A". And no matter what universe he's from, Luthor... is Luthor.
You can have all 9 entities on one character if you really wanted. You only get to use the possession trait once per turn though, so you would still only choose one power and one combat ability to modify. The was the last ruling I read anyways. I know there was going to be some kind of nerfs coming for enitiyies though, so you might want to check into a little more in a rulings forum
