...now, this SHOULD be cut and dry, but the fact the wording is how it is, I have to ask...
Her SP states "characters hit by mantis through Mind Control modify their attack values by +1"
Is this a permanent mod that won't go away, as it does not say "until end of action" or otherwise... so so long as she still would have that power showing, any character she's hit with that MC has their attack raised by +1 until she should lose that power?
"A" is "A". And no matter what universe he's from, Luthor... is Luthor.

It does not need to say until the end of action. They have changed the rules. All modifiers last for as long as the action that granted them lasts. That is why Perplex states its duration.
So the +1 to Attack lasts until the targeted character takes an action from Mind Control. After that it goes away.

This One Nudged You to Join: Mantis can use Mind Control as if she had a range value of 7. When she does, she may target an adjacent friendly character with the Guardians of the Galaxy keyword even if that character has Battle Fury. Characters hit by Mantis through Mind Control modify their attack values by +1.
For the record, I do not like this wording and expect to see questions regarding her MC being used incorrectly to target an enemy at range and an adjacent friendly at the same time and I do not believe that to be the intention.

I agree with this, however an errata to add "until this use of Mind Control ends" should be added after the +1 to make the power easier for the everyday Clix player to understand.

I think the whole power is poorly worded. I agree with the above protests, would it really have hurt to add "until end of action/turn" or whatever? Especially when you consider other similar worded powers.
Honestly, before an errata/clarification could be issued, knowing game designs intent of the power would be most helpful. Adding "this turn" after the +1 vs adding my suggestion of "until this use of Mind Control ends" makes the power function two very different ways. The first would cause the modifier to remain, acting like a limited "Perplex" until the end of the turn. While the second option is more in line with Dragon's interpretation of how the modifier is removed after the action that creates it is completed.

I wasn't suggesting it should be one o the other. I put both because I have no idea of intent and agree that is what should be sought to answer the question.
I was simply pointing out that this one is worded so unlike any other I can think of that it is too difficult to just interpret. I was agreeing with you, just not assuming that it is meant to be limited to the end of the action.
It probably is meant to be the end of the action but the best example I have found so far is Fatality;
LOVE ANOTHER AS YOU WOULD YOURSELF: Fatality can use Charge and Mind Control. When she uses Mind Control during Charge, hit characters can use Charge.
I believe the use "hit characters" is meant to be the inclusion in the timing of MC but that is a lot to ask a player to extrapolate if it is even correct. The use of a period to separate the last line is where I believe the real problem lies. It should probably be more like this;
