Nice to see her made. While very situational, she has great potential to grant Kree generics HSS, or Precision Strike or Penetrating/Psychic Blast to pair with EE.

I wasn't sold on her until I played her with GG Captain Marvel and the main set GOTG Captain Marvel (non-prime obviously) and a bunch of Kree Privates...the plus +1 to stats for the Captain Marvels was HUGE and when she gave everyone on her team freakin' INVINCIBLE was pretty awesome too!

Nope, as soon as they are not adjacent the bonus ends. What you need to do is move Minerva adjacent to the square you want to attack from, and THEN do your Running-Shot or HSS Adjacent to her to get your bonus again.

Does the experiment trait still apply if she has been ko'd?

No it doesn't, it need to have text to say it works even if she is KO'd, or specific text saying the ability work if this trait/power is lost. This trait is also only active while she is on the map during the game (like most traits, unless it has specific text to works outside the game/map.
