I just need a ruling for something that probably pops up more often now involving outwit an power cosmic an quintessence team abilities

If I have a character say Iron man and he has one of his powers out wired by say Howard stark if iron man gained power cosmic on the next turn from some out side source would:
The outwit stay because it was countered before he gained the team ability after the use of outwit

or

Doesgaining the team ability cause the out wit to fizzle and ironman would gain the power back

I would like to know if this ever happens again in the future

AS I interpret things as soon as the Pc/QT hits that's all she wrote for the outwit. Because the PC would take hold and nullify the ability to be countered further. Just as if you somehow lost the power on the dial of the character using the outwit.

Characters that have had their standard/named powers countered that become adjacent to Rip Hunter, no longer have those powers countered if he is using Time Master.

It was ruled a long time ago if a power is countered and the character with the countered power gains immunity to countering, the power is no longer countered (this was easier to search when the PG was ONE document)

Also, the TA itself has the answer: Characters using the Power Cosmic team ability can use Willpower and their powers can’t be countered.

Yes, he is, but don't forget that PC/Q only protects powers. You can always outwit dial items... Flight, Carry, etc...

Can a person Outwit PC/Q is they have the ability to Outwit TA'S?

Depends on how it is worded, but yes this power does exist. GG Adam Warlock (rare), SI Skrullojaket. But here is one that wouldn't work because of the wording in bold;

WORKING BOTH SIDES: John Blake can use Outwit, but can only counter team abilities as if they were powers.
