I'm rearranging Kazz' Roster. His Roster doesn't line up with the dials list. He also has 2 Grimms on the dials list (makes sense), but no black Talon. I'm assuming he gained access to both characters in the mid-season draft, since neither are on his roster in the resources thread.
I have redone the dials, in an earlier post, and removed the extra Grimm and added Talon.

FYI, Batman can't use Leap/Climb with On the Run. L/C requires a move action to activate, Charge is a power action. He can still move away, and use plasticity, just not Leap.
