INFECTED WITH MY POWER: When Zombie Galactus damages an opposing character, give that character a Virus token if it has the less than 5 Virus tokens. Once per game, when an opposing character would be KO'd by Zombie Galactus, instead add it to your force, turn it to its first KO click and then remove all its Virus tokens and heal it that many clicks. It can use the Power Cosmic team ability this game.

So when it says once per game does that mean that he can only take one of an opposing players characters per game. Or does it mean that he can only take that character once per game and allowed to take any opposing KO'd character with virus tokens as long as they haven't been taken this way this game.

It means that he can only take one character. And because there is no "may" in the wording it's the first character he KO's that is "zombiefied".

I'd think they'd errata this to be optional. Otherwise Galactus will stand a pretty poor chance against any OMA teams, ever.
