I don't think you can pick it and drop it in the same action.
"When this character moves due to its own action, it may either pick up an object or place an object it is holding. The object must be picked up from or placed in either a square the character occupies or an adjacent square. If this power is lost or countered while this character is holding an object, immediately place the object in the square this character occupies."
You'd have to have been holding it to drop it in the same move action.

Turn 4A:
Bizarro roll is a 6 and Bizarro goes to click 9.
1. Grundy attacks Dawnstar with his HO. If I recall, that prevents Back-Alley Brawl, since he's using Super Strength. 11 on 16, he gets 6,3 for the hit. I'm assuming Tellus PC for 4,4 for still a hit and KO.

2. Bizarro uses Sidestep to move to H16, grabbing his HO from J14. He then takes +1 attack and +1 damage from RCE to shoot at Dawnstar. 10 on 16, he gets 6,4 for the hit and 4 damage.
Free - Grundy outwits Sun Boy's attack SP.
3. Toyman moves to I21.
