Jor-El:"Your name is Kal-El. You are the only survivor of the planet Krypton. Even though you've been raised as a human, you are not one of them. You have great powers, only some of which you have as yet discovered."
If someone plays multiple shades, when removing the smoke markers, what happens? Also... can smoke markers be placed on smoke markers?
If someone plays multiple Shades, then each Shade only deals with the markers he placed; So if Shade 1 places 1 hindering marker under Wonder Woman, and Shade 2 places 2 hindering markers near Wonder Woman, Shade 1 would deal her 1 damage. Shade 2 would deal her no damage as she is not occupying one of his hindering markers. Furthermore, Shade 1's damage would not be penetrating, as he doesn't have enough markers near Wonder Woman to qualify. For all intents and purposes, if a character's power references the character's name in the power, it only pertains to itself and abilities generated by itself.
You know...I've been waiting for a shade for a long time. I use the old mystic veteran still to this day. It pains me to say this...but I am highly dissapointed. This shade is vastly underwhelming. He has to PUSH to use freaking smoke cloud as a free action. A power he should be able to do in spades without a second thought...he has to literally screw over a friendly character just to double perplex a stat...it just seems like everywhere you turn around shade is being punished to do what it is....he's SUPPOSED to do. Also only two clicks of TK? So what is he? Support? No...he punishes just as much as rewards. And odds are you will never see TK to use. Is he a attacker? No...Low stats and d AZ mage suggest otherwise. THIS Is An Example Of what an OVERbalanced character looks like....sigh...I'm gonna still play him...because I love the character. At least he's hard to hit.
I don't get the perplex power. So he can't use perplex on an opponent until he screws over a teammate? Is that right? Why would I ever want to screw over a teammate? Thanks
