is there a way to bring up all the feats in a search in the units section? have an event I'm playing in on Saturday and feats are allowed. I didn't realize this prior to building my team but I have 10pts that could be better spent than the kinda situational ata that I'm currently using.
also, when a feat has a modifier on it (ex: +1atk), is that in effect only when the prerequisites are met like most of the feats or is it just always in effect once assigned to the character?

All benefits of a feat only apply when the prereqs are met.
Since feats can currently be assigned to any character regardless of prereqs, that's an important fact to be aware of.
Well, in the current rules, you may assign any feat to any character. They don't have to have the prereqs for the feat anywhere on their dial (this is a change from the original version of the rules, which stated that you had to be able to meet the prereqs of the feat somewhere on your dial).
Thus, currently, a character may be assigned a feat that he can never use.
Take this feat:

However, no part of that feat may be used, not even the +1 speed, unless the character somehow gains (such as by gaining Earthbound). Once the character gain , he can use all the advantages of the feat, including the +1 speed.

Only through resources, special objects or other figures that allow other friendly figures to use the "missing" prerequisite.

Then he'd be able to use the feat - and in this case he'd be potentially double-dipping the evasion chance. Once for Super-Senses and once for Heightened Reflexes.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
