2. Lex picks up Manta and RS to D11, setting in C10. He Psy Blasts at Juggernaut. 11 on 16, he gets 3,1 for the miss.
Oh man. Go get em the rest of the playoffs. This game is DUN!
Free - Lex grants Supes Enemy to Manta and outwits Sidestep on Juggs.
Lex will PC the first hit he can see, or a roll above 3 on poison by Man-Thing.

You're going to get one more reason to hate him, I'm afraid. Knockback (and knockback damage) happens *during* the Pulse Wave action, which means that the victims can't use any powers, abilities and effects at all, and that includes applying their damage reducers against knockback damage. They also can't use flight, so if you Pulse Wave Superman and knock him off a building he'll take 2 damage from that too!
