Frozen Field: At the beginning of your turn, you may place an Ice Block special terrain marker within range and line of fire. When a character occupying or adjacent to one of these markers attempts to move, it must attempt to break away as if the marker was a character that can use Plasticity and is friendly to Captain Cold.
1) Can these be destroyed?
2) Do they get removed from the map when Captain Cold would be KO'd?
3) If 1 & 2 are NO, how can you get rid of these buggers, other than using the A.R.G.U.S. agent?
Played last night, and we played it where they cannot be destroyed, and don't leave the map when Cap is KO'd ... tied up my Apollo the entire rest of the game cause I never roll a 6 on single d6 roll ... lol.
Well, it is a Trait ... so I guess Omega Drive will be needed ... lol
I didn't realize it was a trait. Red king called it a power so I thought it was a power. I don't think Omega Drive will work since it only lets you counter powers that cannot normally be countered.

This is correct
When this character uses Outwit, it may target any character within its range regardless of line of fire, and may use its Outwit to counter powers that can't normally be countered.
Since it is a trait, not a power, it is still a no go for countering
Another question regarding the Ice Blocks - do they only effect the start of a move, or do they effect someone during their move? I would think only at the start since it's talking about breakaway, but I wanted to double check.
Are characters that have Improved Movement : Ignores Characters able to break away from the Ice Blocks automatically or do they have to roll ? " When a character occupying or adjacent to one of these markers attempts to move, it must attempt to break away as if the marker was a character that can use Plasticity and is friendly to Captain Cold. "
I ask because its not actually a character, just sort of functions as one.
I am inclined to say IM:Ignores Characters would enable you to bypass the breakaway.
"A Jester unemployed is nobody's fool." - The Court Jester "And so he says, I don't like the cut of your jib, and I go, I says it's the only jib I got, baby!

Breakaway is only a concern when a figure starts moving, not later in the move.

Because you're ignoring the trait on the Captain Cold character, not because the Ice Block is acting as a character in any sense, just to clarify what I believe is IceHot's reasoning.

Thats right.... blame me.
Like I have any type of grasp of concepts!
(You are right, I called it a power.)
