A low-cost "generic" with two stop clicks? Pretty neat. Even if I've never heard of these guys.

A logical but more fragile replacement for FF Captain Cold, if you want to maintain a Rogues theme and need some wiggle room for supplements (entities, resources, etc.).

I did not realise that this guy was a generic.

It's not technically a generic, but this dial is meant to represent the numerous random dudes that Golden Glider got to fill the Captain Cold role in the Rogues during the period when Len quit the team. The stop-clicks represent GG getting another mook to fill the costume when the previous guy dies/goes to jail. So, he's a generic in my eyes.

Imma call him my new budget barrier 55 points for 6 clicks 5 of which are barrier with 2 stop clicks?I see some serious potential though I'll probably push him quick or making him SS by a ragdoll to get past his top click quick.

WIN/LOSS: 2-0 Chillblaine is a fantastic tie-up piece for several reasons: First, a full dial of Plasticity is always a headache. Add in occasional Side-Step and he can position to grab all sorts of targets. Next, obviously, is the 2 stop clicks - making it take usually a minimum of 3 hits to score his 55 points. Finally, that Barrier. 9 attack is too pathetic to waste time trying to do damage. I prefer to Barrier and push to Barrier again. It works well with the Plasticity since he can Barrier while adjacent to an opposing character. A great value piece and the perfect patsy for a caper-team.
