Impulse has Indomitable, if I remember correctly.

Far better than the DC 75th Bart Allen. Precision Strike is an excellent way to illustrate the way a member of the Flash Family can deal damage and the Movement Special is almost as good as Teen Titans Kid Flash's.

I wish he had a Rookie starting line on click 3 or 4.

Glad to see my favorite speedster made it back into clix, and with a very solid dial, too! Low attack values are made up for by the chance at Prob or Perplex. Who'd have thought Impulse and the Dark Magician would have so much in common?

I don't recall Impulse being a member of the Teen Titans, but I always prefer that a figure have too many keywords rather than too few! He's got great synergy with Stargirl from SLoSH and Blue Beetle (Jaime) from DC10, even though he can't carry them. Now we need modern-age Robin, Superboy, and (particularly) Wonder Girl figures with the Young Justice keyword to join the B-Listers from the Teen Titans set. Here's hoping they line up the point values for even-hundred team builds!

This must have been answered pursuant to some other fig, but is Sidestep a move action? On click two, could Impulse phase for 10, use his Outwit (if he has it), then Sidestep, remove a Speed token, and Flurry?

So, He would be able to sidestep(counts a a free action,not move action),outwit, Phase, then flurry

For a sub-100 point Speedster, he's awesome. P/T + Flurry will be a nice tactic to use.

Neither. You don't have to give him the free action, but either way, you only get to use the previous turn's power "until your next turn".
