Well, more a team base question...

If you fill a team base, yeah, it cant have a resource and the team members that pop off can also not be assigned a resource... But what if you have a zombie team PLUS a kingpin zombie added to the force... Then are you able to add power plant to the team for just kingpin to use?

Or does having a team base on the force make the whole force unable to use resources and relics?

The only restriction in that scenario is that a team base and figures that started the game on a team base can't have a Relic/Resource assigned to them... the rest of the team has no such restrictions. Kingpin can use the Power Plant (or Lantern or Book, etc) as normal, but the team base and Solo'd figures can not use them in any way (aside from the Lantern's Perplex/Prob).

The Power Plant is assigned to all characters on your force, so it cannot be played on a team with a team base. Other resources that are not assigned to all characters on your force, however, can be played on the same team as a team base as long as you don't try to assign them to the team base.

Are you sure about that? I thought I read that you could still have any of the "assigned to the team" Resources and they just wouldn't work with any figures that can't have Resources assigned to them. :-s
