A bit of a corner case, but one that I can see coming up at some stage and would appreciate some opinions on. WatX Iceman's Glacial Wall SP reads as follows:

It looks to me like the damage done by Glacial Wall is dealt as part of the attack and would activate Steal Energy, but it has a pretty non-standard wording (with the likes of, "...can use Incapacitate and hit characters are dealt damage equal to the number of action tokens they have," being the more common form) so I figured I'd take it to the group.

That's exactly how I would see it.

I agree with Harupa. I don't see any reason why this would not work.
