Okay if you have improved ignore characters or phasing/teleport. If you start based to character, you do not have to break away correct? I'm thinking this is correct.
Now Plasticity

So would plasticity not counter both auto break aways and people in the process of moving, even if they are using phasing/teleport or HSS?
I know this has been answered before but yesterday there was literally a back and forth of rulings on this. Very confusing.
I actually was thinking that was the only way to stop it, so to really lock it down you need plasticity and outwit. Man there is too much to try to build against that team, I think I'm just going to forget it and count fighting him as a loss. If I build for it I'm going to screw myself over against other teams.

Yes, in No Tactics she's the best Anti-ZSS/Engineer figure out there (unless you count the Brute Force of Justice League Team Base). In Tactics GL Power Battery is better.
