Opposing characters entering a square adjacent to this character must end their movement, even if they would not have to do so normally.
He's not entering an adjacent square, he's already there. So he can leave with no problem. If he moves into another adjacent square, then Plasticity will get him.

Why is that? He is in the middle of his movement and plasticity stops movement.

PLASTICITY This character adds 2 to its d6 roll when breaking away. Opposing
characters can’t automatically break away from this character and subtract 2 from
their d6 roll when breaking away from this character. Opposing characters entering a
square adjacent to this character must end their movement, even if they would not
have to do so normally.
It stops movement when a character enters an adjacent square. Getting it after the character has already become adjacent doesn't do anything. The timing for triggering it has already passed.

No, read the above posts. It's not any kind of break away, you just continue your movement.

Plasticity says you can't auto break away, so, he stopped to attack and now needs to move again for the rest of hypo. So since he can't auto break away, he needs to roll for break away to continue hypo.

No.
You only have to roll to break away when you BEGIN your movement. With hypersonic speed, the attack occurs DURING your movement, so the character counts as continuing to move for the entire action. And since he's only continuing his movement, he won't have to roll break away.

If a character occupying a square adjacent to one or more opposing characters is given an action and attempts to move, that character must successfully break away before it can move.
Given the free action to attack and then attempts to move with the hypo. So needs to break away. Sorry, I am asking questions from my group now. Thank you for all the help.

What's the question?
If you're asking if the free action to attack requires you to break away, the answer is no.
You check for break away when you initiate hyperosnic speed, and then you don't have to do it again for the rest of the action, because after that point, you're already moving. It's really that simple.

Flash is not given an action to move when adjacent to a character in the middle of hypersonic. He is resolving an action.
This is why he does not have to roll breakaway.
