The relic doesn't count towards your force, so there is nothing stopping you from playing a resource.

So you can run envy assign the relic on superman, and run the resource of the rock of eternity with Envy on that as well?

It appears so but I believe it hasn't been ruled on yet

Yes the rules forums have already stated you can use Rock of Eternity/Pandora's Box in conjunction with the Sinful Influence ability of the chases, but the relics from Sinful Influence do not count towards the abilities of the resources.

Theoretically,with enough points, you could have a team with the full resource and start with all 7 relics equipped.

Technically, this was ruled years ago as there have been figures that could attach Relics "that don't count towards your force" since before the Infinity Gauntlet.

I've thought about making a team that is only made up of all of the figures that have those Relics that don't count towards your force and add a Resource just to confuse people (hopefully enough to distract them throughout the whole match).
Haven't done it yet because I am missing a few figures that allow this (not to mention all the TW chases, which would be the most expensive part of that team) and I love my themed teams. LOL!
