Question about catws018 Captain America and Bucky.

INSPIRING PRESENCE: Captain America and Bucky can use Leadership. Friendly characters within 8 squares that share a keyword with Captain America and Bucky can use Willpower.

My question is , does that give this duo willpower .
I think yes ,but wanted to be sure cause I'm sure i will have to argue about this during my game tonight.

I'm pretty sure it does. They are friendly, they are within 8 squares, and they do have the same keywords.
As an added point of argument, it does not say "other friendly characters".

Obiwan is right... when a power refers to "friendly characters," that would include the figure itself. When it says "other friendly characters," that is anyone but the figure. All figures are within 1 square (or more) of itself, all characters are friendly to themselves, and all characters share keywords with themselves (unless there is some bizarre twist on some power in the future).

Assuming the units' section has the correct wording, absolutely they give themselves Willpower too
