Under Fantastic Four Team it says that a wildcard can choise to be FF team after being hit before damage is taken to give the healing to his team mates.
Under Wildcard's it has had added can only use one team abily PER ACTION.
Does this mean that if I used Defenders team to have higher defence or Skrull to not be attacked I cold not then use the FF team ability?
Outwit/Perplex have to be used before/after not during an action. The FF description seems to say I can declaie wildcard at any point during the action, but then have to stay that team to the end of the current action?
If you believe that your wildcard figure is going to die from the attack he's just been hit with, you can declare him as a member of the FF before clicking damage, but only provided he was not mimicing a different team ability earlier in the attack. So, you cannot use Defenders and shift to FF when the attack hit anyway, correct. If you mimiced Skrull and the roll failed, that's the only ability your wildcard can have for the action.
If you used Defenders or the Skrull ability to boost or your defense or try to avoid the attack you can not use the FF ability. That would be two team abilities in one action.
You can change teams at any time but can only use one team ability per action. So you could become part of the FF at any time (even mid-action). It's not that you have to stay that team, you just can't use other team abilities.

Please let me know if I'm getting this correct;
(these are examples of a 300 pt team action with 3 actions being termed)
E Doombot (Mod)
E Booster Gold (JLA)
V Robin(BA)
E Black cat (SM)
U Deathbird
Ist action;
Doombot copies the JLA team ability (Free move) and taxies Robin into hindering terrain.
2nd action;
Robin makes a ranged attack.
3rd action;
Booster gold uses the JLA (Free move) team ability and taxies Black Cat into hindering terrain.
4th action;
Black cat makes a ranged attack.
5th action;
Move Deathbird into hindering terrain behind Robin.
End of move and Combat actions.
I then declare that Black Cat (SM) and Doombot (MoD) will copy the Batman Ally team ability (Making them blocked from view for the purpose of protecting them against ranged combat) I also declare that Robin has the BA ability in effect.
I end my turn.
no according to the current rules its one ability per action not per turn. You just can't have two Team abilities at the same time (like GL & JLA for free movement of 8 pieces or SHIELD & Hydra for a plus one to attack & damage)

Please clarify again. I would appreciate if you used correct commas, periods and the like to clarify. I think I understand. However, I don't know if you are answering Me with the 'No" reply or bwanabwana with the "No" answer.
Thanks for the help.
I'm still not sure yet.
Remember. A wildcard team ability allows you to use anty amount in a TURN. In my example, we are dealing with different actions.
Bud was responding to bwanana... whatever. Everything you did in your example was legal. In fact, the characters don't have to announce using the Batman ability during your turn. You can wait to declare it during your opponents turn and you can even wait until they decide to attack your character.
And Robin never really needs to announce it as the power is assumed on unless you turn it off (I'm assuming whatever version of Robin you are using is a Batman Ally, I don't collect DC).

Always declare batman at the beginning of your opponents turn/end of your turn. Then if someone bases you, you can switch to mystic, skrull, defenders, whatever. If you declare batman just prior to the attack, you can't switch it during that action.
OK You can mimick as many team abilities as there are on your team. You cannot, however mimic any two team abilities at the same time. Meaning you cannot mimick Green Lantern Team Ability AND Justice League of America Team Ability at the same time (making it impossible for you to can move 8 poeple for free). You can mimick JLA TA to move someone into position and then copy the PD TA to add one to the attack value of the person you just taxied.
As for Heretic's responce: you really should have to pick one team ability. Otherwise it goes a little something like this: "player one: I'm gonna shoot your Saturn Girl with Green Arrow's Ranged combat expert." Player Two: "You can't because she's copying the Batman Team Ability". Player One: "OK then I'll taxi Bane up and smack her for 5 clicks". Player Two: "OK but now she's mimicing the Mystics team ability". Player One: "Well if she's copying that they I'll just go back and use my Green Arrow". And the cycle continues. That reeks of mimicking two abilities at once. Stop the insanity!

If you declare batman at the beginning of the turn, then your opponent knows that you are in stealth and therefore will not try to target you. When you are based, it is another action and you can therefore switch team abilities. If your opponent changes his action, in this case from bane to green arrow, then it is a different action and therefore you can switch team abilities. All logical and legal.
There is something about that rule that just doesn't sit right. The only reason Bane would be flown in is that Green Arrow couldn't attack. I hope there is a fix for that in with the rest of the new rule changes.

Why do we need a fix? Any time I see a wildcard member with a batman ally on their team I know that I won't be able to hit them with ranged attacks so I just don't bother trying. Really, it should be something that you learn after the first time you encounter it and after that it's pretty much a non-issue. I don't think we need a fix for something that ain't broke.
