This guy has proven over and over that his numbers don't mean anything other than his range and total clicks of life.
When I see him used, he is 10 range PB/stealth. His numbers basically use replacement values all dial (carry bat enemy, defenders, shield). With new + old this often means he has 8/13/20/4 stealth + pb.....on click 7.
Squabbler, you made my day by mentioning an Indy piece. I still love playing with the precarded figs (although they generally work best against others of similar age). If you like Rasputin, you might enjoy this oldie that I faced yesterday on a Mystical team. Lacking top-dial Stealth and not a wildcard (which is a weakness), but the top two clicks can be pretty scary. All the best!

I used Rasputin a lot back in the day and I agree with the previous posts.
Rasputin was a fun figure to play, as a 10 range perplexing Wildcard should be.
Somebody posted, in a different thread this week, about how great CT Moondragon was/is. And I strongly agree on that subject as well.
All of this pre-carded Heroclix talk is making me long for a game or two of Pre-Card era Retroclix.
The sooner, the better as far as I'm concerned.

We're overdue for Wizkids to make Joe on the Lawmaster and other 2000AD characters.
