I think it's less a drone and more what Ultron starts as before reaching "perfect form"
First, I can't help but think Cell from DBZ now...we need dbz clix. :( Second, you are certainly right. hence, mk-1. judging by the sculpt looking like a badly damaged Iron Legion, you can assume Ultron was running all of the drones, and chose this specific one as his "main body" during this time.
Ultron reminds me of Cell from DBZ.... What?! Both slowly develop and evolve into their "Perfect"/"Prime" forms. I bet in Age of Ultron, Ultron will have to absorb 2 more androids to reach his "Prime" form.

Good idea: Run five of these at 120pts. First one dies, the remaining four all roll for Hidden Programming getting +5 to the die roll which will always results in giving you another Ultron Mk1 on it's Blue line. Now you've got four mk1's that have used their trait and four that have not. Try and make sure one of the original four dies next so the four fresh units all roll for Hidden Programming and give you four more Mk1's. And so on and so on....

Since it's once per game, would that even work? I mean they'd all boost the chances of it working and whatnot, but it's once per game and the same trait. So if you could keep using it, I'd love it, but it doesn't look like that'd work.
I was trained by fighting The Red Skull and Frank Castle. You think you scare me?
But it doesn't say "once per game for all characters with this trait", so I would think that multiple characters with this trait would be treated as individually separate traits. I'm probably wrong though, lol
