It's a 250 point dial with 15 range(8 range PW), triple targeting, able to shoot anyone anywhere on the map, Leadership, triple Outwit(15 range), Perplex etc etc etc.

Yeah and he gets hit once and he loses almost all of that. With such low damage values on this dial...it doesn't matter how far he can draw a line of fire. This figure should have been 200 points...that way you can squeeze a decent sized kree strike force in his team.

Not everyone plays 300 point games. All of his dials have a use...hell, you still think the Elders from IG are useful game pieces.

wait. with his trait, it gives locked damage value 3 right? so does that mean when you triple target, all targets are given 3 damage each.
