So tomorrow is a scenario where your team has to consist of a team base. It's 600pts modern and i only have the villians for hire team base (complete). I have never played a team base before and i heard the bases got errated so reading the card would be pointless. I tried to look up what was errated but different people are giving different answers so i just wanna know
How popping off characters work
if i pop a character off does there asset power still work
can a team base be assined a entity/ construct
basically what all got errated and how its supposed to work so i don't look like to much of a idiot
The text on the card is accurate, except that you need to replace "100 points" with "200 points" in the first sentence of Working Together.
The Damage Depletion Modifier was introduced as part of the team bases' power level reduction, but that was a change to the core rules rather than to team bases themselves.
In response to your question about Entities, an Entity cannot be assigned to a team base because the Entity Possession requires the chosen character to have the or symbol, while team bases have only the symbol.
Regarding the Construct question, I see no rules reason why a team base could not be assigned a Construct from a Power Battery. There was a change that stated that vehicles cannot be assigned a resource, but that change does not apply to team bases. (They could, of course, not be assigned a Construct without the Power Battery since they don't have the Construct trait.)
Team bases nor it's members cannot be assigned a resource. So they cannot be assigned a construct from the Power Battery as that assigns the power battery.

FORCE CONSTRUCTION
When you add a team to your force, you must pay the cost of the team. For each team member that begins the game attached to the team, increase the point value of the team by 5 points. A team must have a minimum of 3 characters (15 points) attached at any given time unless a game effect says otherwise. Each team member attached to the team must have an asset ability listed on its character card whose icon matches the icon of the asset ability listed on the team’s character card. Team members begin the game attached to the team while their SwitchClix bases may be included in your sideline. Teams and team members can’t be assigned resources, can’t roll to pick up a relic, and can’t become a pilot of a vehicle unless a game effect specifies otherwise.
Give this character a power action, remove any team member from the team and insert it into its SwitchClix base. The character is placed adjacent to the team on its SwitchClix base turned to the first click number color that matches the team’s current click color. If removing the team member from the team would mean that the total point value of removed team members exceeds the point value of the team, then the team member can’t be removed. When a removed character has multiple starting lines, its point value and starting line are considered to be the first starting line other than an orange starting line preceding the click it is on when placed on the map.
A few things to note:
1. The colored click that the character comes on at is now classed as the character's starting line (it didn't used to be) so you can't heal a character past this point.
2. When it talks about the total points value of removed members that also includes characters that have been removed and subsequently KO'd, it doesn't just mean removed characters that are currently on the map.
