This week the guys talk about the ups and downs of Avengers Assemble.

The set has really grown on me over the past few days. I'm not into the characters from the Hickman run but I'm really looking forward to building Initiative teams (and using my new Red Skull ).

I have no idea who 90% of these characters are but the set is super fun.

The younger host seems to care a lot about things I don't care about at all. To each their own I guess.

I'm loving this set. Now that I've had time to look through the dials of the things I pulled, I really like the dial design of most of it. It feels very old-school-Clix while still being good enough to hang with the rest of the modern age.

Did you pull your asgardians?

Not even one rarer than Loki. But my friends had my back. I have trades pending for every one except the SR Thor.

I pulled a korvac. ..nothing made me happier. Of course pulling an immortus (even though he was designed with no regeneration) would've made my day. I also pulled the iron man chase and then traded it for the rick jones chase. Finally a modern Blazing Skull!....and....he's a bystander token.

love this set. i know who everyone is and i love it. new figures galore! justice got the shaft dial and sculpt wise. he's the biggest disappointment in the set to me. i really wish he was more than a glorified tk piece. so i think this is one of my fav sets based on just the amount of pieces never before clixed. all the remakes(except justice and nova) rock and i'm glad i bought a case. red skull is easily the best figure in the set based on his power set.

Other than Thor, he was the one SR I was most disappointed by that I didn't get in my case.

BTW, I DID guess Age of Ultron Black Widow, but an alternate reality version of her with a hammer wasn't even something I was aware of. I was actually thinking of her "Underground Railroad" look from the main comic where she's sneaking around with almost a poncho over her to hide her comings and goings. Anything else (Like most of the chases) wasn't even on my Radar.

That's what I figured after doing some research. We are awarding the prize to OutSiders17, who correctly guessed Nova Corp. Cap and "Old Man Hulk." He was the only person to specifically guess even one correctly.
