Compared to his Mutations and Monsters version, this is a drastic improvement. The side of the dial that'll see the most use, as his 220pt side is just too darn expensive for what it offers.
But as for this 70 point side:
The Good +
+Mystics on a fairly cheap piece
+Improved Movement: Elevated is pretty nice
+Decent and pretty consistent stats throughout
+His trait is pretty solid, even if a little difficult to use proper
+Precision Strike
+Decent damage for his cost
+Decent keywords
The Bad -
-No move and attack
-No damage reducers
-Requires a solid team to perform his job as a harasser properly (Specifcally, Leadership)
-Slightly lacking threat range
With Leadership to hopefully keep action tokens off of him, he can hide right in plain sight until they get a little too close for comfort. Side Step can help him get around into a better position without giving himself a token, which is nice (or to get into place to take a Precision pot shot). If worse comes to worse, he can always just Side Step into a bush or something to activate the normal Stealth.
I think he'll be a nice filler piece if people can find the room. Enemies will be tempted to KO him swiftly, but they risk that Mystics Feedback. If all goes well, it'll take at least two hits to finish him off, meaning he at least will deal 1-2 damage before he goes out. Might be all one needs to get a heavier hitter off their top or a high defense click if they take the risk.
At least he had Willpower for a while, and ESD later on to help keep him in the fight and further protect him from being sniped should they get close enough to get past his Movement Special (or if he has action tokens).
He's not terrible, not broken, but not SUPER stellar either. I'd love to get some games under my belt with him so I can make more than an 'on paper' assessment.
I mean...this is a fun piece and all but i dont think its worth 70 points. Only 5 clicks and he can get stuck in hindering when his demonic shoes allow him to fly. His movement special should allow him to use leap climb and they should remove his improved movement all together. The precision strike is great with side step but he really doesn't need it considering his damage value ranges from 3-4 damage on his entire 70 point dial. Sure people can't evade him big whoop.
Players continuously down his 220 point dial. It has THREE STOP CLICKS!!!! He can punch out the Red Hulk with close combat expert/4 damage essentially giving him a 6 damage punch. The random click of mind control end dial really signifies hoods lack of control or understanding of the Infinity Gems. (Or perhaps the mind gem was the last gem he found) I love that he has the Maggia keyword! Now he can battle Nefaria for leadership and take over the organization! !!

Eh, I like the Improved Movement when coupled with sidestep. Just sidestep out of that bush and/or up the elevated, and he can still make the attack or choose to move into hiding somewhere else. L/C would allow him a better chance to breakaway, but I don't feel he deserves it. As for PS, he actually only has it with 3 base dmg. But PS pairs well with his multi-target so he only has to do one to someone with damage reducers, and then can do two to someone without reducers. I definitely prefer the dial the way it is, but different strokes....
