PROGRAM IN A NEW PRIME DIRECTIVE: Give Juston Seyfert a power action if he is adjacent to his Sentinel. When he does, his Sentinel may be given a move action as a free action and then it may make a close or ranged combat attack.
Ok so let's say I have Justin Program his sentinel to be given a move action as well as a close or ranged combat attack as a free action. Could his sentinel who lets say has running shot on his turn be given a power action to be given a ranged combat action as a free action? I know your limited to one of every same free action per turn but I was wondering if this was an exception because Justin's power grants the sentinel a ranged combat "attack" as a free action then running shot grants a ranged combat "action" as a free action. Just double checking thanks in advance.
You could use Justin to Move action-attack and then after that resolves give a power action to charge or running shot. Or even just a straight up attack afterwards.
Jumping in here.... So Justin chose Kree Supreme Intelligence as his sentinel. Since KSI has a 0 move score, does that disqualify him from benifitng justin's power? Can't he just be given a zero move and then attack? and while we're on him, with A zero move could Kree supreme intelligence use sidestep (granted from an outside source)?

A 0 speed value never automatically precludes movement; moving 0 squares is totally a legal thing.
If a character can't move at all you have to be specifically told so (see WoS Groot as an example). Off the top of my head, I can't recall if the Supreme Intelligence says any such thing.
And, assuming it doesn't say such a thing, then Sidestep would work just fine since it replaces the speed value with 2 and locks it.
Because of this, if the Sentinel has Speed Force trait, they would get an action token, yes?
Quote
SPEED FORCE: When The Flash moves at least one square and hits one or more adjacent characters, you may place a Speed token on this card after actions resolve. Increase The Flash's speed value by the number of Speed tokens on this card.
Justin Seyfert combo question.

So am I thinking correctly that a character can make an attack and end up next to Justin Seyfert, or carry JS that then he could make another attack FREE courtesy of JS? No tokens applied for it?

I seriously cannot understand what you are trying to ask here.

Juston Seyfert would allow his sentinel to move or attack twice in its turn with his ability. You can give Juston a power action to allow his sentinel to move and attack which will not give the sentinel any action tokens. The sentinel could then be given its own action to either move or attack again like normal.
