Word Balloon will be an upgrade on it's own. Once you upgrade to them though, you have access to all of them. It's different from other similar abilities like the constructs, because each of those requires points to acquire.

How much is it going to cost for the word balloon upgrade?

I also tweaked a few things to avoid confusion. Even though the Gamma Bomb has a dial, it is still just an object, so it's better to use the lettered blue objects (Since it is immobile) for it, so people don't confuse the Bomb with an actual character for LoF purposes.

It would also look weird to stack a number on top of another number. I left it in your recap section, and then added it to the objects section as well. Not everyone does a separate objects section, but I feel it keeps the look a little cleaner.

Also, I've worked out the lines of fire. Mercy has PC LoF. Leader and Venom would have Theme PC LoF.
Deadpool is blocked.
Elektra doesn't have the range.
Gen. Ross has neither.
