For 75 points your getting a solid attacker. Wouldn't use him as a main attacker but in a 400 pt game with some support and Well rolled dice he's pretty much gonna rock house.
A very strong addition to Teen Titans teams with that trait, but also just for the 6 range/ 10av/ 3damage/ Sidestep+Precision Strike combination. Honestly, I like this figure in a vacuum, but it's really an exemplar of the growing overabundance of Precision Strike coupled with above average damage values (though I guess 3 damage IS average anymore). I can buy the idea that young Dick Grayson is clutch enough to be able to at least distract the big bads and masterminds, which a 2 damage + PS or Incap conveys quite well. But rookie Robin shouldn't be able to step out from behind a corner and have better than even odds of smacking, say, most versions of Spider-man or the Joker and tearing through half his dial. Something rubs me the wrong way about a 75-point Robin hitting just as hard as almost every Batman out there while ignoring classic anti-Bats defenses like Super Senses and Mastermind.

Well put. Toughness has settled in as the damage reducer for "tough people," where Invulnerable is usually some sort of superhuman plating (low-to-mid Colossus), Invincible is "ouch, that tank shell hurt, I will make you pay," and Impervious is "I merely laugh at all non-Kryptonite-coated bullets, ha ha ha." So for Robin to crack Toughness is one thing, but to get one guaranteed through Imperv seems a bit much.
He's good, but not great. All in all, the old skool Titans aren't THAT great (check the dials for yourself) with no indom and stats so low they can barely break invulnerable. While Robin is a strong addition, he hardly makes the old skool Titans "a force to contend with". The 2nd generation New Teen Titans (Cyborg, Changeling, Starfire, Raven, Kid Flash, Raven, Wonder Girl) fare a bit better (thanks mainly to Starfire and Wonder Girl) but Robin really isn't dominating. Besides, given the choice, wouldn't you rather play Nightwing on a NTT team? Obviously, this fig is leaps and bounds better when you add the utilty belt to him - and it somewhat fits thematically, too.

My honest opinion is that he'd have broken the TT Classic Team Base if he was released while it was still legal for play. Returning the TB to three free actions for 300 points would put it a cut above most, and I already thought it was one of the better bases as a 300 point force. I'm pleased that they weren't released in line with each other, frankly, but I worry about Golden Age play a bit more thanks to this little bugger.

Maneuverable little pest this guy is, pecking away at big guys from Stealth and threatening to Sidestep in and out of combat to lend his Empower to your close up fighters. He never loses Sidestep (which is a big help escaping base contact) and his 17+ Reflexes + Stealth is a pretty sturdy formula for being tough to get a hit in on. If someone gets next to him, punch them and then Sidestep away to safety. He even gets one free push without any real change to his usefulness. Late-dial Outwit is a savior in lots of games, and he can run and hide with it pretty well.

5 Stars. A centerpiece support figure for the Titans that combines the free effects of WF Rare Nightwing and the Avengers Unity Division trait in a cheaper package. Such a shame that OP Kit Koriand'r isn't thematically compatible.
