Hey guys I'll be attending a large 300 point competitive tournament in a week but I don't get the chance to play often and as a result don't really have any idea what I'm doing lol.

So below is a list of stuff I have access to, any advice on team building would be great and any tips on how to play the teams would also be much appreciated.

Haves: Highfather
Gluttony
Despotellis

Complete Power Plant
All Power Batteries except White & Black
Most lantern rings and the constructs that come in the boxes
Complete Pheonix Force

Have access to:
Proselyte
Book of the Skull & Hammers
Complete Pandora's Box/Rock of Eternity


I have a bunch of random stuff from SLoSH, WoL wave 1 and Trinity War. I also could buy/trade/borrow any number of cheaper clix (which is incredibly vague I know), I just need some ideas to flesh out a team built around what I have.

Indigo Battery with ring 6
17 pts for constructs.

I would at least take the scissors. Phantom Girl gets them and calls super strength for power and +1 Atk or Dam. The +1 stats from the battery (minus dam) Harley can use a perplex to help so you could have have a 13 Atk or 5 Dam penetrating Atk against the opponent. Plus Highfather can slow an opponents tent pole team down. If you don't like Harley if you have a Cap Sentinel you could use the left and right hands instead as secondary attackers.

I think you can play your team as is but switch the entity to Proselyte put it on gluttony. I have had some luck playing gluttony as long as you can give him plasticity. plus if you don't have plasticity Proselyte gives you a lot of other good options. Just hope you don't have to go up against a team base. I came in 8th is states with a pretty bad team just because I was playing gluttony.

Sundance_kid's team idea is amazingly effective. The indigo battery is fairly underestimated, and that phantom girl is crazy effective. Im still fairly new myself, ive never faced a team base nor have i been to a WK/ROC qualifier, ive only ever played with friends and at my local venue, but i can say from experience that phantom girl with the indigo battery is a wickedly effective team.
