my LGS is holding a tournament with the following rules: 300 pts modern ONLY VALID: single based Figures or 2x1 + ATAs and a member of the team bust have spider-man family keyword or be some usual character of the spiderman series.

I only have the following with the spiderman keyword:

I've think about some teams, I try to bring precision strike to avoid oponent spidermans use their super senses. I'd like some opinions on the teams or how to improve them. Here's what I've thought:
1) Avengers 298

94 AAOU009 Hawkeye
108 DP015 Daredevil

2) Heroes for hire 299
65 DP023 Black Cat
135 DP019A Deadpool (he hasn't ps, but pulse wave end dial)
99 DP046 Shroud

3) Heroes for hire 299pts

110 DP053A Speed Demon
108 DP015 Daredevil
8 ATA085 Heroes for Hire x2 (Black Cat and SpeedD)
(here i'm not sure if DD should have the ATA or not, since he hasn't the heroes for hire keyword but his trait allows him to be in a heroes for hire team and still be themed).

I expect to be facing some Rick jones + Spidey avx 125 + Hank pym 100 pts from the Aou SLOP, and also some superior spiderman. So... Any advice on the teams I've said, or maybe some ideas for building a better team?
