So the ID cards don't mention anything about tokens generated by the ID character. Does this mean Jane Foster sticks around when ID Thor would go away?

It's already been ruled... anything an ID Character brings in while they are on the map would stay on the map.

"A whole lot better?" Support is better in the fact that it's a minimum 2 instead of a 1 but still has all other guidelines and restrictions... every medic is better by that same level.
