Can't say I like him for 45. Only 1 click of 10 attack, soft defenses with a 16 toughness and no way to hide.. I think I'd reach for the bodyguard or the infiltrator over this guy every time.

Poison protection and a full dial of movement powers is good, but 8 attack ending is pretty meh. The leadership is great, but with the rally power in this set, kind of makes this dude look lackluster

You folks are knocking a 45 point piece for nothing. This is a very nice figure, and having leadership can be beneficial in both stripping tokens off of smaller minions and giving you more actions without having to hit with one of your other figures first. Sure, it has different power than the other agents, but the Section Chief is by no means a bad piece; and if your opponent is worrying themselves with picking off your minions, then that leaves them wide open for you to pick them off with your big guns.

this piece is all about "S.H.I.E.L.D., Soldier" and Leadership for 45 points, with the 10attack on the first click, might as well make that attack on a swarm team and see about that Rally power. either way rock that leadership and you'll be good.

Try to say "S.H.I.E.L.D. Section Chief" five times fast.
