Hands down the one piece from the Set I must add to my collection. Just awesome and honestly, if you saw this on a Custom Dial Thread, you might get lambasted for "fanboy" Values. I mean, we're talking three 12 and 11 Attacks, 3 Damage throughout the entire Dial (not counting CCE) and "stacked" Move and Attack capability. Throw in Indomitable, 7 Range and Double Target, the Defense Special Power AND the TRAIT(s) All for a smooth 150? Must. Have. Now!

Agree 100% even after I rolled like 3 crit misses with him (using up all my ttpc on him...) he was still the mvp of my last game. Koed almost the whole opposing team alone, and I kept forgetting half the stuff he could do! If my best friend wasnt the biggest steve rogers fan ever, I would never trade him. Hope I pull another, cause dang is he good!
Subzero829's Dial contest month 1 winner!

Echoing brother. This guy and Union Jack were my two big wants. Steve is absolutely insane. They really finally nailed that "price-y leader" piece that almost wasn't worth it any time before. I've used him 3-4 times so far and he's only caved to the most min-maxed teams. It's just too easy to build around him. He's a knock out of the park, and I couldn't be happier.

See "Garrus" I disagree. clearly a character as good as Steve Evans needs a solid 15 attack value down the dial, and how you manage to KO any figure with a damage lower than 8 is beyond me.
I give your post a Red/Shoelaces.
However, in the real world, this Steve is absolutely perfect. to the point of being a "fanboy" dial I believe. and I LOVE it.
Does his changing the world trait work on power cosmic or quintessence??
Yes it does, makes swarming those pieces awesome as well as effective to outwit some of those guys when you are adjacent, works wonders against those team abilities!!

Both mentioned team Abilities state they cannot be countered. However Steve rogers trait isn't countering anything. It states "...cant use" which is just about how the Scarlet witch duo figure worked. It's pretty darn powerful when Steve rogers (NOT even captain America) can sap the power Cosmic from Galactus just by basing him with two measly shield agents. It's overpowered, inaccurate to the character and sloppy. This is a Fan Boy dial. This guy is absolutely ridiculous. Granting energy shield deflection to ANY AVENGER? pshaw.....I give up.
For the record, every piece with the Changing the World Trait shuts down Willpower. The other abilities they stop varies character to character. Yes it is silly that it stops PC/Quint.
But granting ES/D actually seems very fitting for Cap, he shields people next to him all the time. Not to mention this is his energy construct shield, which can explicitly expand to more than its normal shield size.
90% of rules questions are answered by RTFC. Most of the rest are answered by a proper grasp of English and common goddamn sense.

Unless you are a bystander; he won't shield you. He only protects the in crowd.
Don't write checks you can't cash. You'd be doing the entire units section a favor.
And what's the matter? Mad because you can't talk down to people because everybody actually likes this figure? This is the era of Steve Rogers' career was the grand sum of his history. He was leading SHIELD, his own covert Avengers, and he already had decades upon decades of experience. What more of an excuse do you need? He's great. He's probably more capable than he should be because of that trait(but it's still Captain America for cripes sake), but deal with it. Sorry it isn't an Infinity Challenge piece so you can wax about the good old days or whatever it is you do when you're not picking fights with people.
People should try reading comics once in awhile. Believe it or not, several 50+ year old heroes went through different iterations of gear, costumes, and even identities. Sorry that figures occasionally do not match your limited MCU based knowledge.

there's still no denying that this dial is incredibly powerful for captain america (and debatably overpowered). Perhaps if the stats were lowered or the dial was slightly shorter it would seem more like the steve rogers I read about. This dial has cosmic character level stats (when cosmic characters rarely get these stats)
if the game is going to be consistent, we need to see more willpower and 12 attacks from the more powerful characters. otherwise these kinds of dials come off as ridiculously fanboy-ish.
