I don't think I've ever played with Atlantis Rising (or if I have, it was a long time ago).
Does it mean no objects can be placed, as all of the clear terrain on the map is now water?
Alternatively, do we place objects first, and then the BFC takes effect, turning all terrain into water? (I had a vague idea that this might have been the rule at one point, but my memory is hazy.)

This is what the old Player's Guide had to say on the subject:
"Clear terrain does not become water terrain until the beginning of
the first round. Objects can therefore be placed in clear grounded
terrain, as it is not yet water terrain."
Presumably, that's still valid today

Hey Doombot, sorry about the delay, but I'm on the last day of my stay in the US with my significant other, so I kinda had to devote most of my time to getting the most out of that. Tomorrow and Monday I'll be in transit going home to Denmark again, but once I'm back home and my head has caught up with the right timezone again, I promise to get this thing started!
