Just for our acknowledgement Raven has a KO click on #6.

And the feat will not come into effect since all my characters have traits or special white powers showing on each of the lengths of their dials except Hope on her first click.

Yes.

I think you may have misread the feat. It comes into play when white powers are showing on your dial.

Anytime Starfire attacks a character who has a special (white) power showing she will receive a +1 attack.

My apologies as I read it being dependent on who the feat is attacking but the feat is saying that as long as the possessor of the card has no special powers or traits than it gains +1.
