If a character targets an opposing figure with an Incapacitate attack and the target of the attack has 1 action token prior to the attack and has the Mystics TA would the attacker receive Mystics Dmg from a successful attack that causes pushing damage?
MYSTICS: When a character using the Mystics team ability takes damage from an attack, the attacker is dealt 1 unavoidable damage. This damage is not an attack

No, because the attack did not cause the damage, the token did.
but the attack caused you to gain the token that caused pushing damage??
What if your figure had 2 action tokens and got hit with INCAP. and was dealt penetrating damage would the Mystics dmg then apply??
The attack caused the token. The attack did not cause the damage from the token. The attack is an attack that deals no damage.

PUSHING
When a character receives a second action token
(usually because it has taken an action on two
consecutive turns), deal one pushing damage to
that character as actions resolve. Game effects
that evade, reduce, ignore, or transfer damage
do not affect pushing damage unless the effect
specifically says it does.
INCAPACITATE Give this character a close combat or ranged combat action to make an attack that deals no damage. If the attack hits, give the target an action
token;if the target already has 2 action tokens, deal the target 1 penetrating damage
In this case though the attack does cause damage not due to gaining an action token?

In that case Incapacitate stops being an attack that deals no damage and becomes an attack that does 1 penetrating damage.
Mystics would trigger.
It's a weird situation that cropped up from the change to incapacitiate.
It seems it will only trigger if the character already has 2 action tokens.
If the character only has one, and is being given a 2nd then no.. I do not believe it would trigger mystics. Because the source would be the pushing damage after actions resolve (assuming no will power of course.)
But if the target is already double beaded (two action tokens) then the penetrating damage source would be the attack, not pushing damage. So it would trigger Mystics.
