With ASM out of rotation there is a limited number of modern Spider-man Family keyword pieces that are modern now. My nearby Comic shop is holding a 500 pt, 5 figure, modern, theme team show down. I am unsure as to whether this team works or not with the drone. There is plenty to make a 500 pt. team, but I don't have a few of them so here is what I have:

Ultron Spider-Drone can be on the theme team as long as "Spider-Man" is on it. However it wouldn't work with Superior Spider-Man as his name is slightly different.

Pretty good team you got there. Be stronger with the PF dial though. That Spider-Man works great with the Defenders TA so if you had DP 023 Black Cat adjacent to him, her defence against close combat attacks is effectively 21 at the start.
